On January fourth, 2021, Google employees and contract based workers reported they were shaping an association with the Communications Workers of America. It's the most recent move in a continuous battle between Google laborers and the board, and it could have large ramifications for the eventual fate of the tech business.
However, we didn't arrive for the time being. Google
laborers have been facing heads for quite a long time. They've fought Google's
choice to work with the Pentagon on focused robot strikes, construct a
blue-penciled web index for China, and pay Android originator Andy Rubin $90
million in severance after he was blamed for inappropriate behavior.
Presently, the association desires to make a structure for
those shows. Critically, it needs to join the interests of Google temporary
workers with those of full-time representatives. To truly see how this met up
and what it could mean for the eventual fate of tech, we need to take a gander
at the 10,000 foot view.
