Are you able to see this error? Actually this is not the error but an actual file. I am sure you broke the wp code somehow. Please check all your custom CSS or other code you added anywhere. If problem persists, then try disabling plugins one by one. The point where problem is fixed, that plugin is probably malfunctioning.
