sitemap index can be read, but has errors (incorrect HTTP header content)

Hello there,
                   I am facing an error while i try to upload my sitemap.xml file in google search colsole, there is exact same question unanswered in google platform i am sharing is under. please check it and respond appropriately

HI,
I suggest you create the site-map using any online sitemaps generating tool in 3 formats. 
HTML, XML and txt. 
Whatever is required or suggested for blogger upload and then try to simylate the robot. 
Hope this will fix the issue.
